	* config/v850/v850.h (SIZE_TYPE, PTRDIFF_TYPE, WCHAR_TYPE,
	WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE): Define.
	* config.gcc (v850e1-*-*, v850e-*-*, v850-*-*): Don't use svr4.h.
