Subject: Make GFORTRAN_9 symbol node depend on GFORTRAN_8.

Make GFORTRAN_9 symbol node depend on GFORTRAN_8.

At some point when the GFORTRAN_9 node was added it was forgotten to
make it depend on GFORTRAN_8. This patch fixes this.

Committed as obvious.
