amd/common: Restore v4i32 suffix for llvm.SI.load.const intrinsic

It was accidentally dropped in commit e4803ab7d2b6 "amd/common: use
llvm.amdgcn.s.buffer.load for LLVM 8.0", breaking the universe with LLVM
7.
