(two_source_ops): File scope. (float_mem): Correct fisttpll and fistpll. (float_mem_mode): New table. (dofloat): Use it. (OP_E): Correct intel mode PTR output. (ptr_reg): Use open_char and close_char. (PNI_Fixup): Handle possible suffix on sidt. Use op1out etc. for operands.
