	* ldgram.y: allow section types without address  expressions.
	* ldlang.c (lang_relocate_globals): avoid possible hang with
	undefined but unreferenced symbols.
	* relax.c (relax_section): don't complain if the script file isn't
	relaxable but -relax is set
