Fixes intermittent failures and crashes in 'dEQP-EGL.functional.sharing.gles2.multithread.*'. All tests in that group now pass except 'dEQP-EGL.functional.sharing.gles2.multithread.simple_egl_server_sync.textures.copyteximage2d_texsubimage2d_render'.
