Make them global. * (printf_monitor): Change name to monitor_printf. Make global. * (monitor_read_memory): Flush command echo to avoid parsing ambiguity with CPU32Bug monitor. * (monitor_load): Remove remoteloadprotocol and remoteloadtype support.
