(resume): Call gdbarch_skip_permanent_breakpoint instead of SKIP_PERMANENT_BREAKPOINT. Inline default case. * hppa-hpux-tdep.c (hppa_skip_permanent_breakpoint): Make static. Add REGCACHE argument. Use it instead of read/write_register.
