	* xcoffread.c (read_xcoff_symtab):  Ignore symbols of class C_EXT,
	smtyp XTY_LD, sclass XMC_DS (external data segment label).  They
	often have the same names as debug symbols for functions, and
	confuse lookup_symbol().
