	* mpw-configure: Set host alias from choice of host compiler,
	only use generic MPW Makefile sed if present, edit a file
	named "hacked_Makefile.in" instead of "Makefile.in" if present.
	* mpw-README: Add problem notes about CW6 and CW7.
