* Makefile.in:  Add xcoffread.c, xcoffexec.c.
* xcoffread.c:  New file for handling AIX mangled-coff files.
* xconfig/rs6000, tconfig/rs6000:  New files.
* buildsym.c:  Add hooks for xcoffread.c.
