(Analyze_Subprogram_Body): Set Is_Trivial_Subprogram flag Don't treat No_Return call as raise. * sem_disp.adb (Check_Dispatching_Operations): apply check for non-primitive interface primitives to access parameters, not to all parameters of an access type.
