(lookup_symbol_aux_symtabs): Add new parameter "exclude_objfile". Replace extracted-out code by call to lookup_symbol_aux_objfile. Do not search EXCLUDE_OBJFILE. (lookup_static_symbol_aux): Update call to lookup_symbol_aux_symtabs.
