symbian.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Remove crt*.o.

	* config/arm/symbian.h (STARTFILE_SPEC): Remove crt*.o.
	(ENDFILE_SPEC): Define.
	* config/arm/t-symbian.h (EXTRA_MULTILIB_PARTS): Set.
