gdb/doc: document 'set debug py-unwind'

When the 'set debug py-unwind' flag was added, it was never documented
in the manual.  This commit adds some text for this command to the
manual.

gdb/doc/ChangeLog:

	* python.texinfo (Python Commands): Document 'set debug
	py-unwind' and 'show debug py-unwind'.
