config.gcc (powerpc-*-darwin*): Move the flag in xm-darwin.h into xm_defines.

        * config.gcc (powerpc-*-darwin*): Move the flag in xm-darwin.h
        into xm_defines.
        * config/rs6000/xm-darwin.h: Remove file.
