(_bfd_elf_write_corefile_contents): new function. (assign_file_positions_for_segments): add cases for handling PT_NOTE segments. (assign_file_positions_except_relocs): core files should be handled the same as exec files. (prep_headers): identify core files as type ET_CORE.
