(value_less): Add fixed-point handling. gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog: * gdb.ada/fixed_cmp.exp: Add -fgnat-encodings=minimal testing. * gdb.dwarf2/dw2-fixed-point.c (pck__fp1_var2): New global.
