(out_debug_ranges): Add ranges_sym argument and set it. (out_debug_rnglists): New function. (out_debug_info): Change ranges_seg argument to ranges_sym and use it to set DW_AT_ranges value. (dwarf2_finish): Remove ranges_seg, add ranges_sym.
