(execute_all_ipa_transforms): Likewise and pass it down. * cgraph.c (cgraph_node::get_body): Do not invoke garbage collection from applying IPA transforms. * cgraphunit.c (cgraph_node::expand): Allow garbage collection from applying IPA transforms.
