Subject: 	* command.c (empty_sfunc): New function.

	* command.c (empty_sfunc): New function.
	(add_set_cmd): Use it instead of not_just_help_class_command.
	(not_just_help_class_command): Change calling convention back to
	what it was before yesterday's change.
