(aarch64_gdbarch_init): Add call to register_aarch64_ravenscar_ops. * Makefile.in (ALL_64_TARGET_OBS): Add aarch64-ravenscar-thread.o. (HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Add aarch64-ravenscar-thread.h.
