(c_parser_do_statement): Likewise. (c_parser_for_statement): Likewise. Formatting fixes. * c-typeck.c (c_finish_loop): Add COND_LOCUS and INCR_LOCUS arguments, emit DEBUG_BEGIN_STMTs if needed.
