Declare m3_kill_inferior before use. (port_chain_insert): In "can't happen" case, abort rather than setting `mid' to large decimal constant (which gcc warns about). (get_thread_name): Use cast to convert const char * to char *. (add_mach_specific_commands): #if 0 "thread break" command. (m3_trace_him): Call push_target. (mach_really_wait): New argument pid; remove unused variable pid.
