cselib.h (struct elt_loc_list): Remove canon_loc field.

	* cselib.h (struct elt_loc_list): Remove canon_loc field.
	* cselib.c (new_elt_loc_list): Remove canon_loc initialization.
	(cselib_invalidate_mem): Remove all canon_loc and canon_x
	traces.
