The fbAttribSingle/Double arrays had wrong GLX_DOUBLEBUFFER values.
We only need to use the glXChooseFBConfig() code when glXChooseVisual()
fails (but I don't know when that would happen).
Other recent commits errantly removed some code in this area too.
