[Attributes] Remove parameter `context_dependent` (#6772)

After commit d70a63324c95210f1d78c2efc46395d2369d2e2b, context-dependent
attributes have not been supported and, as a result, the template
parameter `context_dependent` of `Attribute` has not been used.
Context-dependent attributes also do not fit with our current design of
sharing attributes across different solvers, so it is unlikely that we
will add that feature back in the future. This commit removes the unused
template parameter.

Fix model issues with --bitblast=eager. (#6753)

For model construction we only compute model values for relevant terms. The set of relevant terms is computed in https://github.com/cvc5/cvc5/blob/master/src/theory/model_manager_distributed.cpp#L58, which skips equalities by default because equalities are usually handled by the equality engine.
When --bitblast=eager is enabled all assertions are wrapped into BITVECTOR_EAGER_ATOM nodes and passed to the BV solver, which results in equalities below BITVECTOR_EAGER_ATOM nodes not being handled by the equality engine but by the BV solver directly. These equalities, however, are skipped when computing the relevant terms and therefore the BV solver is not asked to compute model values for variables below these equalities.

If --bitblast=eager is enabled the BV solver now additionally adds the variables encountered during bit-blasting to the relevant terms via computeRelevantTerms.

Remove obsolete libpoly patch (#6762)

The following commit made our libpoly patch for our Windows builds
obsolete:

This resulted in our build getting stuck because it detected that the
patch had already been applied and was prompting the user what to do.

Fix CaDiCaL build on Windows (#6764)

The Windows version of CaDiCaL does not require the `sys/resource.h`
file, so this commit removes that check. It does, however, require
linking against the Process Status API (psapi), because of a call to
`GetProcessMemoryInfo()`, so this commit adds that dependency for
Windows builds.

Fix build without libpoly (#6759)

Commit f10087c3b347da6ef625a2ad92846551ad324d73 added new files that do
not compile without libpoly. This commit excludes those files when
building without libpoly. It also updates one of the regressions to
ignore a warning about approximate values in the model.

pow2: adding a kind, inference rules, and some implementations in the pow2 solver (#6736)

It adds the `POW2` kind, inference rules that will be used in the `pow2` solver, an implementation of one function of the solver, as well as stubs for the others. The next PR will include more implementations.

Better support for HOL parsing and set up (#6697)

This commit adds a new parser option, --hol, which marks that HOL is being used. This option has the effect of prepending the problem's logic with "HO_", which teels the solver that the logic is higher order. The parser builder, base parser, and SMT2 and TPTP parsers are all updated to work with this new setting, as is the logic info class.

For now this parser option is enabling the --uf-ho option for internal use, since for now higher-order solving relies it. In a future PR this dependency will be removed (since this information is already given to the SMT solver via the logic).

Add skeleton for new Lazard evaluation (#6732)

This PR add the interface and a dummy implementation for the new Lazard evaluation. The dummy implementation is used when CoCoALib is not available and simply falls back to poly::infeasible_regions. The proper implementation that actually does that the comment says will be added with subsequent PRs.

Remove support for lazy BV extended function reductions and inferences (#6728)

solve-int-as-bv is now the preferred method for solving these benchmarks.

Adds solve-int-as-bv to a regression that became slow in my previous commit.

Ensure bv2nat and int2bv are not rewritten when using solve-bv-as-int (#6725)

This PR ensures we do not eagerly rewrite bv2nat and int2bv when using solve-bv-as-int. Instead they are rewritten during expandDefinitions (at the end of preprocessing).

It also updates regressions that relied on lazy extended function reductions in the lazy solver to use solve-bv-as-int, and adds a missing case (INT_TO_BITVECTOR) in the solve-int-as-bv preprocessing pass.

A followup PR will remove support for lazy extended function reductions for bv2nat / int2bv altogether.

After commit 327a24508ed1d02a3fa233e680ffd0b30aa685a9, the int-to-bv
preprocessing pass is getting rewritten terms. As a result, the terms
can contain negative constants (instead of `(- c)`, i.e., `UMINUS` of a
positive constant) and `NONLINEAR_MULT`. The commit adds support for
those cases, does some minor cleanup, and adds regressions. The
regressions should allow us to detect if/when the preprocessing pass
breaks in the future.

Update CVC4 URLs/macros (#6666)

Reorder ITE rewrites (#6723)

Fixes #6717. Commit 11c1fba added some
new rewrites for ITE. Due to the new rewrites taking precedence over
existing rewrites, it could happen that some of the previous rewrites
did not apply anymore even though they would have further simplified the
ITE. In the example from the issue, (ite c c true) was rewritten to
(or (not T) T) instead of (ite T true true) and then true. The
commit fixes the issue by moving rewrites resulting in
conjunctions/disjunctions to the end.

Make squasing more robust (#6713)

This PR makes squashing olds commits in the docs-cleanup CI job more robust: it makes sure that the squash commit has a proper commit date and that we gracefully handle if there is nothing to squash.

Remove `binary_name` option (#6693)

The binary_name is solely used as a temporary storage to pass the data from the options parser back to the runCvc5 method where it is put in a static variable. This PR gets rid of the option and the public option getter in favor of directly storing the program name in the static variable using an additional argument to parseOptions().

Change output of getRealValue to a fraction. (#6692)

Our documentation for `toPythonObj` says that real values are represented as Fractions. However, getRealValue yields a float approximation thereof.

We should probably stick to Fractions, since they allow us to precisely capture values in LRA. Also, that's more aligned with the C++ API, which returns a string representation of the (unapproximated) Rational.

Also, document some (potential) weirdness with calling mkReal on floating-point values.

Make TheoryUF compatible with central equality engine (#6695)

Work towards central equality engine.

This does some minor reorganization to TheoryUF, related to UF+cardinality constraints that makes it compatible with central equality engine. In particular, preNotifyFact is removed in favor of adding conflicts after cardinality constraints are added to the equality engine. This ensures that the central equality engine can explain conflicts that involve cardinality constraints (which will no longer be the responsibility of UF when --ee-mode=central).

Remove unwanted side effects in `SPLIT_EQ_STRIP_L` (#6689)

Fixes #6681. When checking whether SPLIT_EQ_STRIP_L applies, we were
using sripSymbolicLength, which changes its inputs depending on how
many elements of the concatenation it could strip. However, one of the
arguments, pfxv0, was reused across multiple checks if the strip did
not result in a rewrite. Later invocations were wrong as a result. This
commit changes the call to stripSymbolicLength() to use a new copy of
the vector instead.

Simplify automatic set-logic in smt2 parser (#6678)

This simplifies the smt2 parser so that automatically setting the logic is done directly instead of being buffered as a command.

This prevents spurious errors for features that require (A) checking the logic is set and (B) fully intialize the underlying SMT engine.  `declare-pool` is an example of an smt2 command where the user will get an error (instead of a warning) when set-logic is not used due to setting the logic, after fully initing SMT engine and then executing the buffered set-logic command.

Note this should also make dump=raw-benchmark more accurate (no set-logic is included when dumping benchmarks with no set-logic command).

[GitHub Actions] Make caching of dependencies depend on image version (#6677)

Our Clang builds started to fail to link when the environment changed. This commit changes our CI to only use cached dependencies if the build environment has not changed.

Renaming pow2 to p2 in regression tests (#6675)

We plan to add a unary pow2 operator to cvc5, that is obtained from the binary operator pow by fixing the first argument to 2.

Remove option to ignore negative memberships (#6665)

Fixes #6661. The option `--strings-inm` could be used to ignore negative
membership constraints. However, this option made the string solver
model-unsound or produced incorrect models if the user provided a
benchmark that actually contained negative membership constraints. The
solver did not check for negative membership constraints and did not
warn the user about them. Because the option is not really being used,
this commit removes it.

Adding getters to the python API and testing them (#6652)

but we sometimes sent it as an inference. To make sure that the

commit ensures that the conclusion is always false and modifies the

Use top-level substitutions in ITE simp (#6651)

With this PR, we use the central top-level substitutions instance in the ITE simplification preprocessing pass. Previously the ITE simplification pass maintained its own copy of the substitutions.

Since the top-level substitutions now are the authority on models, this led to model failures after this change: ac8cf53#diff-30677c5a1752b1d0e83ef25fd2cfb8949576ea42cf7821fe0ac00ebbd0122f8aL276.
This PR corrects the issue.

This is required for SMT-COMP.

FP value support in python API (#6644)

This PR adds new is* functions from the cpp API to the python API.
In particular, it adds getFloatingPointValue() function from the cpp API.
A test (translated from term_black.cpp) is added.

getFloatingPointValue() returns a tuple, and so this requires importing an instance of tuples into cython.

Remove Options::ref() (#6647)

This PR gets rid of the templated Options::ref() method (and all its specializations for every option).
