constructor name (2 string), name of _GLOBAL_ demangling (2 strings),

comp-info.exp so it gets built if it doesn't exist.
* gdb.t13/{Makefile.in,bitfields.exp}: Remove comp-info.exp stuff;
it is no longer used.
* gdb.t13/comp-info.c: Removed.
