(getMinimumSize): Call minimumSize.
(getPreferredSize): Call preferredSize.
(minimumSize): Calculate minimum size based on backing
GtkEntry's borders, font metrics and number of columns.
(preferredSize): Likewise for preferred size.
(get_border_width): New static function.
