Fix: when s points inside the _Rep, upon reallocation (reserve) we
were copying from deallocated memory.

tweak.

* configure.ac: Declare AM_LANGINFO_CODESET.
* aclocal.m4: Define AM_LANGINFO_CODESET.
* configure, config.in: Rebuilt.
