Removed unused definitions. Added INSN_COND_BRANCH_LIKELY, INSN_ISA2 and INSN_ISA3. Split INSN_LOAD_DELAY into INSN_LOAD_MEMORY_DELAY and INSN_LOAD_COPROC_DELAY. Split INSN_COPROC_DELAY into INSN_COPROC_MOVE_DELAY and INSN_COPROC_MEMORY_DELAY. (M_*): Added new values for r6000 and r4000 macros.
