Subject: [PATCH] config.gcc (--with-cpu on ARM): Preserve the canonical cpu
 name for use in configargs.h.

* config.gcc (--with-cpu on ARM): Preserve the canonical cpu name
for use in configargs.h.  Put the cname in a separate variable.  Use
that to set target_cpu_default2.
