(branch_dest): Remove unused variable "offset". (pop_dummy_frame): Add prototype and make static. (push_arguments): Guard against using len uninitialized. (push_arguments): Guard against using arg uninitialized. (frame_saved_pc): Remove unused variable "frameless".
