From 6e48bd2c90889f85506f8242209cd2b7e1d65dd1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Joel Brobecker Date: Fri, 28 Dec 2007 06:25:56 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] * ada-lang.c (ada_value_cast): New function, extracted out from the code in ada_evaluate_subexp, case UNOP_CAST. The code handling the obscure case has been removed as we think that it is actually unnecessary. (ada_evaluate_subexp): Add type case when evaluating an OP_DOUBLE or an OP_LONG with a non-null expect_type. Replace extracted-out code with call to new ada_value_cast function. --- gdb/ChangeLog | 10 +++++++++ gdb/ada-lang.c | 59 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++--------------------- 2 files changed, 44 insertions(+), 25 deletions(-) diff --git a/gdb/ChangeLog b/gdb/ChangeLog index 157745fe367..6dd38b8103b 100644 --- a/gdb/ChangeLog +++ b/gdb/ChangeLog @@ -1,3 +1,13 @@ +2007-12-27 Joel Brobecker + + * ada-lang.c (ada_value_cast): New function, extracted out from + the code in ada_evaluate_subexp, case UNOP_CAST.
