In the summary, show that -fsched-stalled-insns takes an optional argument and that -fparallelize-loops takes an argument. Add opindex for several optimization options, and fix typos in the opindex commands for several others. In the descriptions for -fsched-stalled-insns and -fsched-stalled-insns-dep, show the options with and without values.
