Subject: [PATCH] (specs, float.h-cross, xlimits.h): Use temporary instead of
 redirecting output directly to make target.

(specs, float.h-cross, xlimits.h): Use temporary instead of redirecting
output directly to make target.
($(MD_FILE), xsys-protos.h): Likewise.
(mostlyclean): Remove any of these temporaries.
