Use throughout to find symbol vma. (ppc_elf_relocate_section): Correct GOT offset calculation. (ppc_elf_finish_dynamic_symbol): Use PPC_HA and PPC_LO. (ppc_elf_finish_dynamic_sections): Likewise.
