Retain simplified versions of add_to_stringtab and emit_stringtab. Change all callers to use new function and structure names. * libbfd-in.h (_bfd_stringtab_init, _bfd_stringtab_free): Declare. (_bfd_stringtab_size, _bfd_stringtab_add): Declare.
