Updated install-apt-reqs with more than 10 dependecies that were
previously missing

First draft of coriolis2 chroot dependency setup script, not currently

Create alphabetical dedulicated file of apt dependencies for coriolis
chroot

Added more of the required apt dependencies, specified -y option for all
apt operations
